(Kansas City, MO) -- The Kansas City Royals have forced a Game Seven with the San Francisco Giants in the World Series. Lorenzo Cain and Eric Hosmer drove in two runs each during a seven-run second inning as the Royals cruised to a 10-0 win over the Giants in Game Six of the Fall Classic at Kauffman Stadium.  width=Cain went 2-for-3 with two walks and three RBI, while Mike Moustakas homered, doubled and drove in two for KC, which will host the decisive Game Seven on Wednesday. Rookie Yordano Ventura tossed seven scoreless innings for the win. Jake Peavy was rocked for five runs while recording just four outs to suffer the loss for the Giants, who won the previous two games in the series.

The last team to win a World Series Game Seven on the road was the Pittsburgh Pirates at Baltimore in 1979. It will be a rematch of Game Three as KC's Jeremy Guthrie opposes San Francisco's Tim Hudson, who will become the oldest pitcher to start a Game Seven at 39. The Royals are aiming for their second World Series title and first since 1985. The Giants are seeking a third crown in five years. First pitch is at 8:07 p.m. Eastern.
