John Kennedy, 32, Clinton was arrested and charged with Driving on Suspended License, Driving Under Influence of Alcohol, Possess Drug Paraphernalia and Possess Cannabis <25 grams. Kennedy was issued citations for improper lane usage, 2 counts Driving Under the Influence and Driving While License Suspended. Kennedy posted the necessary bond and was released.

Yolanda Bell, 42, Springfield was issued a citation and charged with Driving While License Suspended. Bell posted the necessary bond and was released.

Meghan Barnett, 23, Normal was issued a citation for speeding, 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. Barnett was issued a Promise to Comply and was released.

Gary Stanley, 61, Springfield was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Stanley was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Rebecca Damptz, 29 Decatur was issued a citation for speeding, 80 mph in a 65 mph zone. Damptz posted her IL Driver’s License as bond and was released.

Sarah Lackore, 22, Plainfield was issued a citation for speeding, 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. Lackore was issued a Promise to Comply and was released.

Jessica Ray, 29, Bloomington was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured vehicle. Ray was issued a Notice to Appear and was released.

Daniel Craft, 59, Bloomington was issued a citation for speeding, 62 mph in a 45 mph zone. Craft was issued a Promise to Comply and was released.

Jaykob Kiefer, 24, Gridley was issued a citation for speeding, 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. Kiefer was issued a Promise to Comply and was released.

Krystle Able, 27, Normal was issued a citation for speeding, 76 mph in a 55 mph zone, Able was issued a Promise to Comply and was released.

Kraig Krigbaum, 23, Morton was issued a citation for speeding, 69 mph in a 45 mph zone. Krigbaum was issued a Promise to Comply and was released.

Investigation into an accident which occurred at 0123, on November 1, 2014, revealed that Benjamin Daugherty, 29, Clinton was traveling west on South 5th St. then turned North onto South Locust St., in Wapella. Daugherty failed to negotiate a curve to the north and lost control. Daugherty struck a parked Ford Truck causing it to move north and strike a parked Chevrolet Equinox. Daugherty continued north driving through the property or 408 S. Locust St. Daugherty struck the mailbox at 408 S. Locust’s St. and then the front end of a parked Mitsubishi car pushing it approx. 15 ft north of the previous location. All vehicles sustained damage. Daugherty’s vehicle was towed from the scene. Daugherty was arrested and charged with Driving Under Influence of Alcohol. Daugherty was issued citations for 2 counts Driving Under Influence, Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident and Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Daugherty posted the necessary bond and was released. .

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT O LAW.
