Some gay rights advocates say Republican Bruce Rauner is a bad choice for governor. Bernard Cherkasov [[ Cher-Kah-siv ]], with Equality Illinois, says Rauner may say he doesn't have a social agenda when he's in public, but he's allegedly said otherwise behind closed doors.

Cherkasov says there's too much riding on this election for people to stay home. Ruaner says he doesn't have a public agenda and he doesn't intend to make changes to the marriage equality law.
