Schock says African American and Latino voters are also leaning Republican this year, because they're starting to see that Democrats have been taking their votes for granted. Schock is out stumping for Bruce Rauner, who's the Republican up for Governor Quinn's job. Polls have had Rauner and Quinn in a dead tie for the last several weeks.
