The teams meet Sunday at Wembley Stadium in the last of three International Series games for the NFL this season. Romo missed this past Sunday's game against Arizona with a back injury. >>Kelly Confident In Sanchez If Foles Can't Play

(Philadelphia, PA) -- Philadelphia Eagles head coach Chip Kelly is confirming that quarterback Nick Foles has a broken collarbone. Kelly said Monday there is a crack in it, but wouldn't speculate beyond that. Kelly says he has confidence in backup Mark Sanchez going forward if need be. Foles hurt his non-throwing shoulder late in the first quarter of Sunday's game at Houston. Sanchez came on in relief and helped lead the Eagles to a 31-21 victory over the Texans. Kelly also said linebacker DeMeco Ryans has an Achilles injury. He was hurt in the fourth quarter after intercepting a Ryan Fitzpatrick pass. Ryans fumbled while falling to the turf with no one around him, then left the field on a cart. Both he and Foles had MRI exams on Monday.
