Oberweis Concedes To Durbin

State Senator Jim Oberweis says he's proud of the race he ran against U.S Senator Dick Durbin, even though he didn't come out on top.  The GOP candidate lost the race with about 36-percent of the vote.  He was hoping to unseat Durbin, who's been in Washington for more than 30 years.  Oberweis says Durbin has done little to improve the economy and education in Illinois since he was last elected, six years ago.  Oberweis took his fight to the black community in Chicago and managed to snag support from some big name pastors, who say Democrats have taken their votes for granted.
