Governor Quinn is throwing in the towel. The numbers weren't falling in his favor on Election Night, but he refused to concede because all the votes hadn't been counted.

Republican Bruce Rauner beat Quinn by about 160-thousand votes. Quinn will be in office for just a few more months. He says he'll push to raise the minimum wage before his time is up.
