Blackhawks At Flames

(Calgary, Alberta) -- The Blackhawks return to the ice for the first time since Sunday tonight to face the Flames on the road. Chicago improved to 10-7-and-1 smoking the Stars, 6-2. Calgary sits at 12-6-and-2.

(Montreal, Quebec) -- The Blues make the second stop on their four-game road trip tonight in Montreal. They opened the road swing with a 2-0 loss at Boston on Tuesday, ending a three-game winning streak. The Canadiens were shut out 4-0 by Pittsburgh on Tuesday, ending their six-game winning streak.

(Chicago, IL) -- Blackhawks rookie defenseman Trevor van Riemsdyk's first season isn't going as planned. Van Riemsdyk will miss three-to-four month with a left patella fracture to his left leg. The injury occurred in Sunday's win against the Stars.

(New York, NY) -- Cam Talbot made 31 saves to guide the Rangers to a 2-0 win over the Flyers from Madison Square Garden. It's the first shutout of the season and the fourth of his career. Kevin Klein and Rick Nash found the back of the net for New York, which snapped a three-game slide. Steve Mason allowed both goals on 34 shots for Philadelphia, which has lost three straight.
