Governor Quinn Says No to new measure

The Freedom of Information Act allows people to get information from governmental entities but some lawmakers say that power can be abused. Governor Pat Quinn vetoed a measure that would allow governments to charge requesters of information through FOIA a certain amount of money, saying the measure reduces government transparency.
