(Boston, MA) -- The Boston Red Sox are showing off one of their prized free agent signings. The Sox finalized a five-year contract with third baseman Pablo Sandoval on Tuesday and introduced him at a press conference. Multiple outlets reported Monday the deal is worth 95-million-dollars and includes a 17-million-dollar team option for 2020. The Sox also landed shortstop Hanley Ramirez, who agreed to a four-year, 88-million-dollar pact that the team has yet to announce. "Kung Fu Panda" batted .279 with 16 homers and 73 RBI in 157 games for the World Series champion Giants last season. Sandoval spent his first seven seasons in San Francisco, hitting .294 with 106 home runs and 462 RBI.

The Sox have inked free agent Hanley Ramirez to a reported four-year, 88-million-dollar contract that includes a vesting option for a fifth year worth 22-million. "Han-Ram" hit .283 with 13 home runs and 71 RBI last season for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Ramirez will move from his natural position at shortstop to the outfield for Boston. The Sox also introduced new third baseman Pablo Sandoval earlier on Tuesday. Sandoval inked a five-year, 95-million-dollar pact that includes a 17-million-dollar team option for 2020.
