Shopping local is the name of the game for one community as we hit this Small Business Saturday.

The Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce will be holding a first ever event in conjunction with Small Business Saturday in Downtown Lincoln. Organizers have arranged a scavenger hunt for downtown shoppers. Nicole Cox, Assistant Director of the Chamber, says the event is set up to promote local businesses and encourage citizens to support them over the holidays.

Most tasks in the scavenger hunt will involve engagement through social media, which Cox believes can be extremely helpful to local businesses.
