Richland's Partnership with Clinton High School Leads to Affordable College Credit

Clinton High School is hoping to give students a leg up through a partnership with Richland Community College.

The high school wants to prepare their students for college by providing them with dual-credit courses. Principal Jerry Wayne explains the classes allow students to earn both high school and college credit. He notes funding is now available for several English and Social Studies dual classes that will be affordable for families.

Wayne emphasizes the only true cost that will fall to the student will be the textbooks thanks to the Clinton Educational Foundation.
