Demand For Crude Hits Decade Low

Demand for crude oil is hitting lows not seen in more than a decade.  Bloomberg reported Wednesday that OPEC has slashed its estimate of how much crude will be needed next year by 300-thousand barrels a day.  The revised estimate of 28.9 million barrels a day marks the lowest level of demand in 12 years.  Booming shale supplies in the U.S. and reduced global consumption are driving the drop in demand.
