Oil prices are up in early international trading this morning.  Europe's benchmark Brent crude was up 37 cents to just under 60 dollars a barrel, after closing down 79 cents on Friday.  The U.S. benchmark West Texas Intermediate crude rose 57 cents, to 55-30 a barrel after falling more than a dollar-10 a barrel in light trading Friday.  Fighting at one of Libya's main oil expert terminals has destroyed 800-thousand barrels of crude oil and that's raising concerns about supplies.
