>>#17 Clemson Crushes Oklahoma In Russell Athletics Bowl

(Orlando, FL) -- Cole Stoudt threw for 319 yards and three touchdowns and also ran in for a score as 17th-ranked Clemson crushed Oklahoma 40-6 in the Russell Athletic Bowl in Florida. Artavis Scott had eight catches for 114 yards and a TD, while Mike Williams added nine grabs for 112 yards and a score for the Tigers, who have won at least 10 games in four straight seasons. Samaje Perine ran for 134 yards on 23 carries for the Sooners, who finish the year 8-and-5. Trevor Knight was just 17-of-37 for 103 yards and three interceptions in defeat.

(Houston, TX) -- Jonathan Williams carried the ball 23 times for 105 yards and a touchdown to help Arkansas cruise past Texas 31-7 in the Texas Bowl from NRG Stadium in Houston. Brandon Allen tossed for 160 yards and a pair of scores to help the Razorbacks finish the year 7-and-6. The Longhorns finished with just 59 yards of total offense as they dropped their second straight bowl game. Tyrone Swoopes went 13-for-25 for 57 yards and an interception, plus rushed for a TD in the loss.

(Memphis, TN) -- Freshman quarterback Kyle Allen passed for 294 yards and four touchdowns as Texas A&M held off West Virginia 45-37 in the Liberty Bowl. Tre Carson added 133 yards on the ground as the Aggies finished the season 8-and-5. Malcome Kennedy caught seven balls for 82 yards and two scores in the win. Skyler Howard threw for 346 yards and three TD's in his second career start for the Mountaineers. West Virginia ends its season 7-and-6.

>>Notre Dame To Start Zaire At QB

(Nashville, TN) -- Notre Dame will have a different look under center against 22nd-ranked LSU in Tuesday's Music City Bowl. The Fighting Irish have named Malik Zaire their starting quarterback in place of redshirt junior Everett Golson. Zaire will make his first career start after not seeing any game action in 2013. He came on in relief against USC and completed 9-of-20 passes for 170 yards in a 49-14 loss to the Trojans. Zaire also ran 11 times for 91 yards in the setback. Notre Dame has lost four straight and five of its last six games since starting the season 6-and-0. The Tigers are 8-and-4 on the year.

(Ann Arbor, MI) -- The anticipated arrival of new head football coach Jim Harbaugh is also affecting Michigan basketball. Ticket prices for Tuesday afternoon's home game against Illinois have soared, with Harbaugh expected to make an appearance at the game. The former San Francisco 49ers head coach is slated to be introduced as the Wolverines' new head football coach at a noon Eastern press conference. The basketball game tips off at 3 p.m. Tickets on the resale site StubHub started at 119-dollars Monday morning. Those same seats were available for 14-dollars apiece early last week.

(Los Angeles, CA) -- USC will have a large hole to fill on its defensive line next season. Defensive end Leonard Williams has decided to forgo his senior season and enter the 2015 NFL Draft. Williams is expected to be picked in the top-five. He had 80 tackles and seven sacks this past season for USC. In the Trojans' Holiday Bowl win against Nebraska, Williams piled up nine tackles and a sack.
