The Illinois Republican delivered his party's weekly address Saturday. Davis vowed to focus on legislation to create jobs and help small businesses grow. That includes a bill Davis sponsored that would offer incentives to businesses that hire veterans. The 114th Congress will gavel in on Tuesday. New members of the House and Senate will be sworn-in and the House is expected to re-elect Ohio Republican John Boehner [[ BAY-nur ]] as Speaker.
