AHW LLC announced earlier this week an agreement to purchase Heath’s, Inc. John Deere in Monticello this coming February.

The details for the purchase are currently being finalized.

In a news release, Chad Braden, Chief Operating Officer for AHW LLC says farmer’s
and ag professionals will have more resources, more technology and more access to
parts inventory than ever before.

He feels they can serve the Monticello market in bigger and better ways.

Over the past two years, AHW has become one of the strongest and best-resourced
John Deere implement dealers in the Midwest. The company will now have a total of
thirteen locations serving Illinois and Indiana.

AHW says Heath’s customers "really won’t see anything different in the
Monticello store except for the new AHW sign."

Officials with AHW declined comment when reached Tuesday.
