Blues, Blackhawks Win

 width=>>Crawford, 'Hawks Blank Panthers

Corey Crawford made 20 saves for his second shutout of the season and the Chicago Blackhawks beat the Florida Panthers 3-0 to sweep a home-and-home set.

The player called up to take the injured Patrick Kane's place on the roster, 20-year-old prospect Teuvo Teravainen, scored just over three minutes into Thursday's game to give the Blackhawks the only goal they needed.

Saad scored 3:07 into the second period despite mostly whiffing on a one-timer from the right circle. Though he didn't get all of Duncan Keith's pass, Saad caught enough of it to flutter a shot over Luongo, who had gone down in the crease, guessing wrong.

Toews scored into an empty net in the final minute.

The Blackhawks have won seven consecutive meetings with the Panthers, whose last win in the series was March 8, 2011. Chicago stays in Florida to play Tampa Bay on Friday.

Berglund broke a scoreless tie at the 18:11 mark of the second period, finishing off a 2-on-1 rush.
