As we usher in the month of March, a local organization is beginning a drive that annually significantly bumps their membership.

The Clinton YMCA's 'Pay the Day' campaign allows those who are considering or want to join the YMCA, to do so at a discounted rate. According to Executive Director Rennie Cluver, the joiner fees that members pay up front, is reduced to the day of the month.

Memberships at the Y get you access to a variety of services. According to Cluver, you have access to the gym, fitness room and child care among other services.

The many programs the YMCA offers their members a discount to participate. The YMCA has dozens of fitness programs, youth centered activities and family events that are significantly reduced if you are a member of the Y.
