The Illinois Attorney General's office is sharing its annual top ten consumer complaints list.
In 2014, consumer debt related complaints topped the list of nearly 22-thosuand complaints. Those complaints were connected to mortgage lenders, debt collectors and credit card companies.

Identity theft finished second, with telecommunications ranking third. Telecommunications involves wireless service, local phone service and cable and satellite services.

Construction and home improvement companies finished fourth. Auto sales finished fifth.
