Monticello senior Layne Buzan was named to the First-Team All Okaw Valley Conference team Tuesday.

Buzan led the Lady Sages to a Regional title this year and highlight a group that also included St. Thomas More tandum Elizabeth Bristow and Lexi Wallen.

In addition, Brenna Finck of Maroa-Forsyth, Aysia Jacobs of St. Joe-Ogden, Hannah Stone and Rebecca Maxwell of Tolono Unity were also selected.

Buzan, Bristow, Wallen, and Finck were unanimous selections.

Maroa-Forsyth Senior Tori Weis and Monticello Junior Claire Caldwell were Special Mentions.
