It’s a tale of two states when Illinois’ jobs numbers are considered.

The most recent monthly report from CoGFA (cog-fah) says the Illinois is the fifth largest exporter in the U.S. but data shows exports were down five-point-one percent in December and six-point-six percent for last year.
