Alexander Steen scored twice and Brian Elliott made 25 saves for his fifth shutout of the season as the St. Louis Blues topped the Calgary Flames 4-0 on Tuesday. David Backes posted a goal and two assists, Jori Lehtera also scored and T.J. Oshie supplied two assists for the Blues, who have won five of their last six games. Elliott turned aside six shots during the first period, 11 in the middle stanza and eight more in the third for his 30th career whitewash. Jonas Hiller allowed three goals on 25 shots in Calgary's second straight loss.
