ILLINOIS IS COMMEMORATING THE 150TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE DEATH OF ABRAHAM LINCOLN WITH A CEREMONY IN SPRINGFIELD.

LINCOLN WAS SHOT ON APRIL 14TH, 1865 WHILE WATCHING A PLAY AT FORD’S THEATRE, AND PASSED AWAY THE NEXT MORNING. HE WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED AS THE GREAT UNITER SAYS GOVERNOR BRUCE RAUNER.
