A Sumatran tiger is the latest addition to central Illinois' Miller Park Zoo.
The city of Bloomington hired a driver to transport the 10-year-old tiger to the zoo from Landry's Downtown Aquarium in Denver. The tiger, named Heran, arrived on April 18 and is on loan from its owner, the Los Angeles Zoo. Sumatran tigers are the smallest of the tiger subspecies. They are considered a critically endangered breed.
