Rep. Mitchell Cautiously Optimistic About Legislation in Springfield

width=While the Illinois General Assembly is focused on the state budget right now, not much attention has been paid to the renewable energy bill surrounding the Clinton Power Plant and three others in Illinois.

Wednesday, State Representative Bill Mitchell addressed the legislation and where it stands. The Representative says while it is currently not being addressed, he believes talks will go through the summer leading to something big.
