Megan Westerfield, 30, Waynesville, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Op Veh Regis Suspended/2nd/FTA.  Westerfield posted the required bond and was released.

Thomas Koshinski, 33, Clinton was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle.  Koshinski was issued a Notice to Appear and was released.
