Clinton Mayor Back To Work After Lengthy Illness; Praises DJWH

 width=An illness several weeks ago to Clinton's highest elected official left him away from his leadership position for several weeks and in that time the Mayor says he was impressed with the staff of the Dr. John Warner Hospital.

Clinton Mayor Roger Cyrulik came down with a blood infection several weeks ago and was forced into surgery in Bloomington then was admitted to the city-owned Dr. John Warner Hospital. The Mayor came away impressed with the staff of the hospital and the care they provided him during his stay.

The Mayor indicates his recovery is coming along as he still experiences some soreness from time to time. He notes his experience at the hospital was very indicative of the things management continues to express publicly.

In his time at the hospital, the Mayor indicates not only was the staff great to him, but they gave raving reviews to CEO Paul Skowron and the ideas he has for the future of the city-owned facility.

The Mayor says things at home have been slow as he tries to get back to a normal routine but appreciates the concerns expressed over social media and those that reached out to him.
