Thought reducing social service funds isn’t savory, Republicans seem to be on board with the Governor in his second round of fund suspensions announced Friday saying they’re necessary to right the state’s fiscal ship.

The second round of announced suspensions set to take place July 1 includes some of same funds that were suspended, then restored, in the current budget year.
Democrat majorities passed a budget that is over $3 billion out of balance with the next fiscal year set to begin in just over two weeks.
