Business and community leaders will converge on the Clinton Country Club this afternoon for the annual Clinton Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing.

Golfers from area businesses and local leaders will join together to support the Clinton Chamber of Commerce. Marian Brisard, Clinton's Chamber Executive Director explains there will be a 50/50 contest and other things happening throughout the event.

Brisard applauds those that took care of this year's golf outing through the Chamber Board. She indicates the organizers have made the outing not only a good time for attendees but also a great networking opportunity.

At last year's outing, there was a hole-in-one made during the outing, however, there was no hole in one sponsor, this year that changes. Brisard says they are swapping the hole-in-one challenge for the putting challenge.

Today's golf outing gets underway at 11:30 am with lunch and check. The 18-hole shotgun start is set for 1 pm.
