The Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce is bringing back a monthly event through the summer.

The summer concert series is something that had gone away in recent summers, but according to Chamber Executive Director, Marian Brisard, they are bringing the summer concerts back, something she is very excited about.

Brisard feels the summer concerts are going to be a great avenue to showcase the new overhangs on the square, which events such as the summer concert series, is ultimately why they were installed.

The summer concert series will feature a concert once a month on Friday nights. Brisard says they received great support from the Clinton business community to step up and make the concerts happen.

Concerts get underway at 7 pm and will go until 10 pm. Brisard says the concerts are free of charge and encourages anyone to bring lawn chairs out and enjoy music, food and beverages down on the square.
