Leading Republican Senator Says No Revenue Before Reforms

What will the grand bargain to bring about a balanced budget look like?

Governor Bruce Rauner says in an opinion piece published by the Chicago Tribune the road to fiscal sanity starts with his veto of an out-of-balance budget that included no reform. Rauner say that there needs to be job-creating economic reforms, a property tax freeze with the ability for local governments to control costs, term limit and redistricting reforms, and comprehensive pension reform.
