The popularity of Camp Osage through the YMCA is grow according to its leader.

Camp Osage is a summer program offered to youth in the community through the YMCA and according to Rennie Cluver, Executive Director of the YMCA, this year's turnout has been the best he's seen in his time at the YMCA.

Cluver contributes the great turnout this summer to a couple things. He credits his staff for their preparation of the entire summer and making their members and others aware of what is happening.

Throughout the week, there are certain things they do but Cluver says his staff does a great job of finding activities to do through the week that makes things different each day.

It's still not too late for students to be a part of Camp Osage this summer. Cluver encourages any kids or parents with kids to contact the Y to learn more about the camp or to get them registered.
