Sen. Manar Expresses Concerns About Cuts To Home Care

State Senator Andy Manar is expressing his concerns about Governor Rauner's recent changes to the Community Care and Home Services programs.

The Bunker Hill Democrat says the changes could send up to 50,000 Illinois seniors and Illinoisans with disabilities into nursing homes says would mean reduced quality of life for them and no cost savings for taxpayers.
