The summer concert series on the downtown Clinton Square will host their second installment Friday evening.
The Clinton Chamber of Commerce is coordinating this year's series of concerts towards the end of each month and according to their Executive Director, Marian Brisard, after the June concert left them scrambling, they hope for much more seasonable weather Friday.

The latest installment of the summer concert series is tonight on the downtown Clinton Square. Weather forecasts for the evening look very favorable and according to Brisard, some may already be familiar with their guests tonight.

After this Friday's concert, the next concert is Friday, August 21. Each concert gets underway at approximately 7 pm and lasts until 10. They are free and open to the public.
Brisard says many businesses around the square extend their hours those nights to accommodate the hundreds that fill the square.
