Clinton City Council Puts DJWH CEO on File For Approval

 width=The Clinton City Council is expected to pass a contract for Dr. John Warner Hospital Interim CEO Paul Skowron in two weeks.

The Council put the contract on file to be voted on at their next meeting, August 17. According to Mayor Roger Cyrulik, this is a great thing because it will provide some stability in the leadership position of the city-owned hospital.

The Mayor says has been impressed with Skowron from the start of his time with the hospital and feels he has a lot of great ideas. Mayor Cyrulik also notes Skowron has a very good grasp of the financial challenges the hospital faces going forward.

Mayor Cyrulik feels the hospital has become stable from a moral standpoint. He points out he has not received many complaints in recent months and feels the city-owned facility is in good hands and a lot of good things are going on.
