width=After last year's Lincoln Art and Balloon Festival, it was decided the nearly half a dozen events the final weekend in August hosted, would be broken up into four, smaller events in 2015.

This weekend culminates in those events with the stand alone Balloon Festival. Cara Barr, Events Coordinator at the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce says she is excited with the way everything has played out this year and looks forward to this weekend's festivities at the Logan County Airport.
