Sheriff Shofner points out, rarely, when there is a vehicle-farm equipment accident is it the fault of the heavy equipment operator. He says sometimes the operators of heavy equipment might not see the motorists around them.

The Sheriff points out there are a lot of winding roads and places with steep hills. He encourages motorists to obey the passing and no-passing zones. And as always, buckle your seatbelt.
