The Clinton Maroons Golf team were at Regionals Tuesday at Mahomet-Seymour and sophomore Chase Reynolds had a score that qualifies him for Sectionals as an individual.

Reynolds shot a 76 on the par 72 course, tied for third. Monticello's Noah Wright also shot a 76 on the day.

As a team, Normal U-High took top honors with a team score of 306, well ahead of second place Mahomet-Seymour and Bloomington High School (324).

Monticello placed fifth with a score of 331 and Maroa-Forsyth shot a 340 as a team, good for seventh.

Sectionals are Monday at Lincoln.
