As daylight savings expired for 2015 this past weekend, one national health expert says to be aware of changes in your body.

With less and less daylight with each passing day, national health expert, Dr. Christine Horner says there are things to be aware of now that the amount of sunlight is less and there seems to be shorter days.

Dr. Horner explains each and every system in the body is related and interacts with the other.

According to Dr. Horner, the optimal times for sleep are 10 pm to 6 am. She explains a good night's sleep every night is the key to good health.

Dr. Horner explains sunlight is a key to health as well. She says there are full spectrum lights for your home that can give off the feel of sunlight that help people improve their mood and health during the winter days with shorter amounts of sun.
