Farmers are wrapping up their work in the fields according to the latest crop report.
State crop statistician Mark Schleusener says with little rain last week, producers continued with fall tillage and fertilizer application. Additionally, sorghum harvest is now 96 percent complete.

Schleusener says average statewide topsoil moisture was nearly unchanged at four percent very short, 22 percent short, 69 percent adequate and five percent surplus.
