The Clinton Lady Maroons basketball team dominated Shelbyville from start to finish in a 64-21 win in the opener Central Illinois Conference play Thursday from Shelbyville.

Alyssa Saulsbery led Clinton with 14 points. Lexi Peterson and Madelyn Stevens added eight points apiece and Tori Wilson, Madi Filkin, and Faythe Newberry added seven points.

The Lady Maroons improve to 5-3 on the year and go to 1-0 in CIC play.
