The Monticello Sages used a strong defensive effort to dominate Bismarck-Henning Friday night, 59-32.
Bismarck-Henning was held to single digit scoring in three of four quarters and the Sages pulled away in the fourth quarter scoring 18 points off 17 turnovers.
Zach Fisher led the Sages with 17 points. Noah Freemon finished with 12.
Brandon Wildman had 8 points and six rebounds while Luke Stokowski had nine points off the bench.
The Sages are 2-0 and host Auburn Tuesday.
