Health Tips For Remainder of Holiday Season

As the holiday season comes to a close, the treats and goodies from office and family gatherings will likely remain around and one health expert has several tips to avoiding the nasty feelings associated with that.

According to national health expert, Dr. David Foreman, says to avoid that bloated feeling after eating an unhealthy meal, the best things are green teas or peppermint teas.

Dr. Foreman says a starch blocker is a great way to keep your body from breaking starches down into sugars. The weight loss supplement, Phase-2 negates the starches from turning to sugar.

Dr. Foreman says it's easier said than done, but avoiding those foods and drinks is the biggest way to avoid the weight gain and bloated feelings that come with snack foods.
