The DeWitt County Emergency Management Agency has released a report following an assessment of anticipated Monday night flooding in Clinton.
The reports indicate the retention pond on the north east side of the community has receded, as have flood waters across the county, however, there are still low lying township roads that remain impassable.
Monday night, minor flooding occurred on East Washington Street in Clinton. No residents were displaced and there was no flood damage reported.
Additionally, the report indicates there were no power outages in DeWitt County.
A motorist was rescued by the Farmer City Fire Department early Tuesday morning.
There is no further danger of flooding in Clinton at this time.
