Governor Bruce Rauner's State of the State address will be this Wednesday afternoon and one local lawmaker is taking a stab at what Illinoisans can expect to hear.
State Sen. Chapin Rose expects the Governor to tout the good things that have happened in Illinois in the past year. He feels the Governor bringing in good leadership for various state agencies will be one area of focus.

The largest issue facing the state is of course the lack of a budget. While some don't care about the areas of the state the Governor has made more efficient, Sen. Rose believes all those changes eventually tie back into the budgeting process.
