Growth To Be Found in Job Numbers

Job growth in Illinois has been slower than the nationwide average but the trend is still to the better rather than the worse.
The Illinois Department of Employment Security says that unemployment numbers and percentages are on a slight rise because more people are back looking for work. Overall IDES says that Illinois lost a net of 1600 jobs in 2015 but there are a few areas of growth. Ron Payne is with IDES.

Danville and Decatur have the highest rate of joblessness in Illinois. Springfield, Bloomington-Normal and Champaign-Urbana have the lowest.
