THE LATEST NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MODEL SHOWS INCREASED CHANCES FOR ABOVE AVERAGE TEMPERATURES AND BELOW AVERAGE RAINFALL FROM MARCH THROUGH MAY. STATE CLIMATOLOGIST JIM ANGEL SAYS THERE ARE NO DROUGHT WORRIES YET.
