Governor Rauner is offering a water cooler type conversation about the activities of lawmakers.

With the legislative session down to its final full week, Rauner is calling for the House and Senate to push other issues aside.

Rauner says state lawmakers must pass reforms to workers' compensation, pensions and other issues before the conversation can shift to a tax increase.
