A fallen star made a return trip to Capitol Hill Wednesday.
Former Congressman Aaron Schock paid a visit to the U.S. House of Representatives for the first time since leaving office in March of last year.
Schock was on hand for an address by India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He was heavily invested in issues tied to India when he was in Congress.
A Springfield based federal grand jury continues to investigate Schock's spending from government funds and his political money.
